Hej! Jag hyr ut min studentlägenhet på ca 25 kvm, fullt möblerad, från 1 juli till 15 januari då jag ska göra praktik utomlands. Lägenheten kan eventuellt vara tillgänglig redan i juni efter överenskommelse. Lägenheten ligger på Ulrikedal, cirka 10 minuters gångavstånd till Mårtenstorget. Krav: • Du måste stå i AF Bostäders bostadskö • Du måste kunna hyra under hela perioden Hyra: 6 000 kr/mån. El, vatten och wifi ingår English: I’m renting out my student apartment of approximately 25 sqm, fully furnished, from June 1st of July to January 15th, as I will be doing an internship abroad (move in can be as early as June if needed). The apartment is located in Ulrikedal, about a 10-minute walk from Mårtenstorget. Requirements: You must be registered in AF Bostäder’s housing queue You must be able to rent for the entire period Rent: 6 000 SEK/month.
