Hej! My apartment in Lund will be available starting from April 11th until July 11th (moving dates are flexible), with a good chance of another 3 months of extension (until October). You can also move in as early as the end of February if that’s something that would work better. 🏡 About the apartment: The apartment is located in Annehem: a quiet, safe, and green area close to nature — including St. Hans Hills — and within walking distance to Fäladstorget. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment where you can take a bus to central station or central Lund within 15 minutes. great place to live. I will also leave my bike for you to use if that’s something that would be of interest (provided that you take good care of it) 🪴 I have a few plants at home, so it's a big plus if you have a bit of a green thumb. ☀️ There's also a patio with evening/afternoon sun, great to spend summer evenings. 💰 Rent: 8164 SEK/month incl electricity, heating and water. WiFi is not included but can be for an extra 350 SEK. Deposition: 8164 SEK
