Welcome to a spacious and cozy house with a lush garden, located in a peaceful and harmonious neighborhood. It is within walking distance of the sea and with excellent public transport connections (7 min walk to busses and grocery store). You can be at both Malmö Centralstation or Hyllie in approximately 15-20 min bus ride or biking. The perfect home for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to stay – whether you're on vacation, newly arrived in Malmö, or just in need of a safe and welcoming place to settle. As a tenant, you’ll have access to all shared areas of the house in addition to your private bedroom – including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, two bathrooms, and a large, and a big green garden. The house is in total 220 square meters and the plot is 900 square meters. The home is shared by me—a woman in my mid-20s—and my father, who’s in his mid-60s. We’ve both lived in various parts of the world, including Kenya, England, Sudan, Nicaragua, and Spain, and have shared homes with others along the way. These experiences have made us open to meeting new people and embracing different lifestyles and cultures! My father travels and works a lot, so in some periods it’s just me at home, creating a calm and private everyday environment. At the same time, there’s always space for connection and conversation when you feel like it.
