Im looking to rent out the smaller bedroom in my apartment. Naturally you will have access to the rest of the apartment along with its furniture and utilities aside from my bedroom. The room is about 13m2 so its pretty small, but it is the best situated bedroom in the apartment view-wise. Included in the rent is wifi, gas (stove), heating etc. The small bedroom will not be furnished upon moving in** (except for the wardrobe). The apartment is situated in Biskopsgården, near to walking trails in the forest as well as a lake. This apartment was renovated in 2012 so its pretty fresh but also comes with a slightly higher rent due to this. Connections The tram stops' about five minutes from the door and there's a 7 minute walk to the grocery store. There is also a pretty good pizzeria just 1 minute from the apartment. So who am I that will be sharing the apartment with you? My name is Carl-Johan or CJ for short. I play football, go to the gym, make some music and also enjoy cooking at home, so rest assured the kitchen utilities is up to standards. I like being social but also enjoy quietness. For work, I run my own painting firm. I am looking for someone, boy or girl, who has their shit somewhat together, but not necessarily in completion. I am not perfect and i don't expect you to be. Id like to keep it somewhat tidy so to have it feel nice to come home. When it comes down to it, i'd like to rent out to someone i vibe with, without having to be best of friends.
