This big apartment (103 m2) is located in Kirseberg. The room is unfurnished, and comes with a closet and storage room. The rest is furnished minimalistically, but it has all the basics. The contract is relatively short-term with 3-month notice due to renovation which will probably not happen this year. Everything is included in the rent. I live here with my cat. It’s important that you like/respect cats as I want both of you to feel safe. I'm only looking for one person to share the place with. Females or queers are preferred. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
