For rent: A small room, 10m2 (it feels like more due to ceiling height and the big window) in a turn-of-the-century-apartment in Rörsjöstaden. Close to everything, within walking distance to both train stations and two blocks from virtually every bus there is. Looking for: Someone who wants to live with others. Who likes cats Monthly rent: 3 000 SEK Deposit: 6 000 SEK Notice: Three whole calendar months, starting at the following turn of the month. What is included: * Wifi * Electricity * Water * Heat About the apartment: * 138m2 in total * Fourth floor (with no elevator!) * Parquet (wooden) floors everywhere except kitchen and bathrooms. * Stuccoed (fancy decorations around the ceiling) everywhere except kitchen and bathrooms. About the collective: We share kitchen, bathrooms, living room, pans and cutlery. We also share spices, salt, toilet paper and dish soap, the rest you buy yourself. We keep the common areas clean, what you do with your own room is up to you We don't spend every minute together, we don't cook together every day, we basically have our own lives, sometimes watching a movie or something. Hanging out is a _perk_, not a must. (However, if you have no interest AT ALL in hanging out, this is probably not for you.) We have a rotating cleaning schedule, where each of us has one week where we are responsible for the shared areas, ending with a final cleaning. It's a lot of work, but it's not that often, so you'll just have to grin and bear it About us: * Jonas (51) is a Swedish programmer/tango dancer/nerd * Theo (30) is a French engineer who loves to bake. And gaming. I guess he's also a nerd * Houdini (10) used to be an escape artist, but nowadays he tends to not go further than the backyard (He is a cat) And leaving us for greener pastures is Alva (22), a Peace and Conflict student If you find this interesting, tell us a little about yourself.
