Whether you're a student or a working professional, the most important thing is that our lifestyles align for a comfortable shared living experience! We rent the room for a 6-month period, and after 6 months, we can make a new contract if needed. About the Room & Apartment Size: 12 m² room + private toilet (total 14 m²) Furnishings: Large wardrobe, 140 cm bed (can be replaced with a smaller one if preferred), desk Privacy: The room has a lockable door Layout: Located next to the kitchen and your private toilet, separated from the other rooms by a hallway Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen and main bathroom with a shower Included in Rent ✅ Electricity & high-speed internet ✅ Personal storage space in the kitchen & bathroom ✅ Access to a shared laundry system (4 machines, bookable in 4-hour slots) ✅ Bicycle storage room Location & Transportation 📍 Linneplatsen is the nearest bus stop—just a 3-minute walk away, offering great connectivity! Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a tidy, friendly, and respectful person who fits well with our routines. The room is for one person only and no friend /partners are invitated over. Family visit can be discussed. We ask för 1000 sek deposition in case of damage to the room or anything in the department. We are renting out this room as we have three rooms but only use two. The ousw hold wakes up early and sleeps early, so we ask for someone with matching times. Contraxct can be sign though Qasa (5250) or not 5000 depending on what you prefer.
