ONE ROOM IN A APARTMENT IN LUND – STUDENT SHARED HOUSING I am looking for someone to take over my contract for Room R14 in a shared basement apartment in southern Lund. Location: Östgötavägen – right next to Stadsparken and only a 15-minute walk to campus. Room R14: Available from: now (or 15th of June by agreement) Furnished with a large wardrobe (and possibly an extra bed available in the house) Window facing the backyard Rent: 7,060 SEK/month Deposit: 10,000 SEK All costs are included in the rent (electricity, water, heating, etc.). The apartment: The apartment is shared with one other students and has a large shared kitchen/living area, hallway, and bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The common areas are partially furnished with a sofa, bar stools, storage cabinets, shelving, and very basic kitchen equipment (dishes, pots, microwave, etc.). The House: In the rest of the house there are other bigger apartments with students, so it is a great opportunity for a social living environment, while still only sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other person. I am looking for someone who can move in from the available dates mentioned above.
