ROOM FOR RENT – International Student Collective in Lund Hi! We are looking for a new roommate for our international student collective in Lund Rent: 4000 SEK + 1040 SEK (utilities and amenities) Move-in date: Beginning of March Location: The house is located close to LTH and only a 10–15 minute walk from the city centre. About the house: The house has three floors with a shared living room, kitchen, and a large garden. Currently, 7 students from different countries live here, which means English is the main language spoken in the house. We aim to create a social and open home where we enjoy spending time together, cooking meals, and getting to know each other. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a community and not just living “separately”:) I will be moving out, and we are therefore looking for someone to take over my room with a move-in date at the beginning of March. About the room: The available room is approximately 10 square meters and is located on the ground floor. It comes furnished, and there is a €300 deposit for the furniture.
