Subletting my student apartment Renting out my spare room for 4500 sek/m at ground floor of djäknegatan 61. It could come fully furnished or semi furnished depending on need. I currently have a desk and desk chair + a small cabinet in there, but if a bed is needed I could get one for in there . The flat it shared with only me and the rest of the house is shared (kitchen living room bathroom) which is fully furnished and kitted. There's also a patio out back with a grill and chairs! Water and electric is included. I'm preferably looking for a responsible male student tenant. The room is approximately 10.5 m2 and the whole place is 57 m2. There will be a mutual 3 month notice. I'm starting my 3rd year of my 5 year education of masters electro program. I'm fluent in English and Swedish.
