It has a private bathroom and shower, but shares a kitchen and living area with the rest of the corridor's tenants. The monthly rent is SEK 5,200, and covers all expenses (water, electricity, internet). Flogsta is the most student dense area in the city, and has direct buses to all campuses, as well as a convenient bike road network. The place is ideal for bachelor students, master students or even PhDs, who would like to spend one year in a nicely furnished room, without needing to spend the money to furnish it.
