Hi! This is a shared apartment. You'll be sharing common areas (kitchen, bathroom) with two others. Currently we are a master's student and an electrician living here. Me and my girlfriend are going away for some projects. That's why our room will be available. The room is available for short term or long term, if we find the right fit. Everyone who lives here is really nice and thoughtful. It's very clean. The apartment has been used as an Airbnb for which we have received good ratings. One room may occasionally be rented to airbnb guests. Strictly no smokers and only single occupancy.
