🎓 Student rooms for rent in Gothenburg (Kastanjgården) – Private balconies, Big Kitchen & 2 toilets! Hi everyone! We have two great student rooms available for rent in a spacious and clean 3-room apartment located in Kastanjgården, Göteborg (Angered area). It is perfect for international or exchange students! The apartment features a large, spacious kitchen perfect for cooking, as well as two toilets (so no morning rush!) and a great layout. We share the kitchen and the main bathroom. Choose between two fantastic rooms: • Room 1 (The big room): Approx 15 sqm with your own private balcony. Price: 4,000 SEK/month. • Location & Commute: Located in the green and peaceful Kastanjgården. Excellent public transport connections with Bus 73 and Bus 173 right nearby, taking you straight to the local hubs, Gothenburg city center, University of Gothenburg (GU), and Chalmers University of Technology. • All-inclusive rent: Electricity, heating, water, and fast Wi-Fi for your studies are all included in the rent. No hidden fees! • Move-in date: November 1st and rented out [until further notice / for the academic year]. • Deposit: 1000 SEK fully refundable upon moving out. About the apartment & vibe: The home is quiet, clean, and very study-friendly. I am looking to share the apartment with students from Pakistan or India, as I appreciate the culture and want to create a comfortable, respectful, and friendly environment where we can feel at home. Who am I looking for? Responsible and clean students with stable finances (scholarship, CSN, or job). No credit/payment defaults (ingen betalningsanmärkning), no smoking, and no pets.
